February’s throwback dish is for all you OG Ssäm Bar fans: Spicy Pork Sausage Rice Cakes. They’ve been described as a kinda-sorta-but-not-really riff on pork bolognese — saucy pork ragu made extra spicy from sichuan peppercorns and red peppers, plus pillowy rice cakes with a golden crispy outside.

Our newest large format dinner, whole roasted suckling pig, is a big ‘ol feast meant for kicking back with your crew, indulging in multiple courses and passing plates family-style.
This dinner features crispy skin pork buns to start followed by the whole suckling pig platter with tender, pulled meat ready to be loaded inside warm scallion pancakes or lettuce wraps with a selection of sauces and toppings.
