20 Years of Momofuku: Roasted Rice Cakes
September’s throwback dish is LIVE. Roasted Rice Cakes are inspired by Dok Boki — a Korean dish that combines rice cakes and bibim sauce. Instead of boiling the rice cakes, we roast them on the plancha to give them a golden, crispy exterior, then we load them up in a slightly spicy and sweet red sauce.
