In 2004, Chef David Chang opened his first restaurant, Momofuku Noodle Bar, in the East Village of New York City. Noodle Bar serves a constantly changing roster of noodles, steamed breads, soft serve, and daily dishes. Visit us in the East Village or Uptown at Columbus Circle.
