Bonji Old Fashioned $105

Make Momofuku’s classic cocktail, the Bonji Old Fashioned, at home. We provide you with all of the ingredients including the bar tools you’ll need to make this signature drink at home.

What is Bonji: A pressed liquid from fermented single variety, single origin rye grains from the northeast. Think of it as in the style of soy sauce/tamari. Bonji means “Essence” in Korean.
