Our Thanksgiving smoked brisket package feeds 4-6 people and comes with simple reheating instructions for your home. The package features pre-sliced smoked brisket (about 3lb cooked), Potato Mash Gratin, Roasted Caulilini with Anchovy-peppercorn sauce and Breadcrumbs, and chocolate peanut pie. We’ve also included Potato rolls, Pickled Daikon and Jalapeno, with Coleslaw which can be used for the meal actual, or for leftover brisket sandwiches the next day.
