Our Whole Roasted Duck Ssäm feast originally hit the menu at Ssäm Bar in the East Village back in 2011. As we celebrate 20 years of Momofuku, we’ve revived this fan-favorite large format and are now offering it alongside our bo ssäm at Noodle Bar Uptown.

The Whole Roasted Duck Ssäm meal includes one whole dry-aged, roasted duck stuffed with duck and pork sausage. It’s served over duck fat rice with confit duck legs and comes with scallion pancakes, lettuce wraps, hoisin, Korean-style barbeque sauce and crispy shallots.

This meal serves 4 – 6 people. It is $225, exclusive of any additional a la carte food or beverage, tax, or gratuity. Reservations are offered at dinner at 6pm and 8pm.

This meal is bookable online via Resy. Please ensure you select a “Whole Duck Ssäm” reservation when booking. Kindly note, this meal must be booked at least 2 days in advance.
