WHOLE ROASTED SUCKLING PIG | DINNER ONLY

Our Whole Roasted Suckling Pig is Momofuku Noodle Bar’s newest large format offering. It’s a big feast meant for kicking back with your crew, indulging in multiple courses and passing plates family-style. Pig roasts are a celebratory staple in many cultures and in this version, you’ll find elements of Chef Pablo Vidal’s Brazilian background throughout the meal.

This dinner features crispy skin pork buns to start followed by the whole suckling pig platter with tender, pulled meat ready to be loaded inside warm scallion pancakes or lettuce wraps with a selection of sauces and toppings. We’ve also included a side of warm pinto bean and sausage stew that we pair with white rice sprinkled with farofa.

This meal serves 6 – 8 people.
